For an email raising awareness of IHG's growing luxury portfolio and rewards possibilities, which TOV took the lead? I leaned into our luxury tone of voice without sacrificing IHG One Rewards' more conversational tone.

It was summer 2020 and I was tasked with concepting and writing IHG's first Covid-era public loyalty campaign. My hook: Get extra points on your small trips now, and save for that big trip later. The campaign included landing pages, emails, app and push messaging, social posts, and Web merchandising placements.
Early pandemic points promotions required deftness in balancing an invitation to travel with the understanding that not everyone was comfortable doing so. I treaded delicately in comms like this app message.
